Overview
Role Mission: This role ensures stable, secure, and efficient network operations for enterprise customers through proactive Day #2 support and Level 2 technical expertise. It focuses on timely incident resolution, maintaining high service availability, and strengthening operational capability across Huawei NCE Campus and other supported platforms. The role also drives continuous improvement and supports overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 support for Huawei NCE Campus network infrastructure.
- Ensure timely incident resolution and service restoration for customer environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, configurations, and operational records.
- Collaborate with Day #1, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
