Network Engineer

Job Description: Oversees projects management and implementation Codify implementation design into documented for end user's record Conduct training and presentation for team members and end-users Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer/customer on the network setup Assist on technical communications with customer/partner, to ensure closure of sales order Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer's requirements Work closely with Level 2 support, if case issue is escalated to Level 3 Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors and Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
