Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Network Engineer on a 12 months contract based in London.
Role Summary
This role has a direct impact on:
Our Current & future Network Performance, Network Efficiency & Subscriber’s Experience (inc. Emergency Services Network).
Ability to maintain & strengthen our position as #1 UK mobile network and push for global top ten network.
Positive/Negative Perception/PR of Network performance/customer experience.
It achieves this by working with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers of Equipment/Services to deliver the “fit for purpose” RAN feature and parameter designs, subsequent tuning activities, Design & Performance validation activities and producing guidance on operational best practise for maintaining End User experience.
This role has a significant impact on shaping the Mobile RAN Strategy & subsequent budget required to deliver this.
