About the Role
The Network L2 Engineer will be responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments. The role involves handling advanced troubleshooting, implementing network changes, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain a secure and resilient network.
Responsibilities:- Perform L2-level support for LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN operations, ensuring network uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing and switching technologies including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, VRRP/HSRP, and other L2/L3 protocols.
- Provide 2nd-tier support for escalated network and firewall incidents across enterprise environments.
- Diagnose and resolve cloud connectivity and network‑related issues, ensuring minimum downtime and high‑quality service delivery.
