This role serves as an escalation point for complex network-related incidents across global client environments and supports 24×7 operations for mission critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong hands on experience in enterprise networking and firewall technologies, excels in troubleshooting, and is comfortable working in an MSP/NOC-style environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations.
