Assist in resolving network-related hardware, software, and firmware incidents Maintain and update network records and technical documentation in a timely manner Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) together with customers to ensure processes remain aligned and up to date Perform daily system health checks and monitoring activities, highlighting abnormalities when identified Ensure network equipment backup processes are functioning properly Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure planning, design, installation, testing, and implementation activities Support and align daily operations with ITSM/ITIL methodologies including Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management, and CMDB processes Monitor system performance and availability proactively, implementing corrective actions to improve service levels Respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, a...
