Network Control Manager

Job Description

• Manage the Network Control Group to effectively manage the real time response to fiight and shipment incidents that occur within the Gateway. Manage and lead the activation of fiight contingency plans and transportation movements.
• Manage unit handling duty lAS invoicing for MNL GTW clearances and perform admin functions in lAS for charge code maintenance, account exemption, and account instructions
• Provide proactive and immediate response to external customers with escalated service issues
• Provide tracing service for the network and interface with local country customer service on service incidence and inquiries
• Support the strategic business interest, development of annual NCG plan and strategies, implementation of plans, setting of performance targets and infrastructure development.
