As a Network Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our growing client base across Manitoba. Your duties will take you from providing remote assistance to conducting on-site installations and maintaining relationships. In addition, you’ll manage varying tasks and ensure that documentation meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct on-site visits for installations and troubleshooting
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Log detailed notes in PSA (HaloPSA) for ticket management
• Maintain current client documentation in ITGlue
