Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks around flat

I'm moving house soon and need a friendly helper to assist with a few miscellaneous tasks. The job mainly involves carrying boxes, moving small furniture between rooms, and loading a few items into a van. No heavy lifting over 40 lb per item, but some repetitive lifting will be required. I’d appreciate someone reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. If you have a small dolly or trolley, please bring it along. The move will take place on a weekday afternoon, with a tentative start around 12:00 and should wrap up within a few hours. I can provide water and there’s parking nearby.
