Need help moving a large appliance during a UK relocation

I'm in the middle of a house move and need assistance moving a large appliance from my current home to the new place. Specifically, I need a person with experience safely lifting and maneuvering a fridge (roughly 75-90 kg) and a washing machine. The paths are fairly straightforward but there are a couple of tight corners and a small staircase. Please provide a brief assessment of any equipment you’ll bring (like a dolly, sliders, or moving straps) and confirm you can handle appliance disconnect/reconnect if necessary. I’d prefer a punctual worker who can arrive with blankets or protective wrap to prevent damage to walls and floors. If you have a flexible schedule within the day, that would be ideal.
