: National Business Development Coordinator - Bilingual

As an important member of the Sales Team, this role will be looked upon for two areas of focus: assisting in the closing of claims through gaining approval and sign-off from both adjusters and insureds and scanning the database (CRM) for disconnected accounts to reconnect and bring them back onto the RBDM's list of active accounts.

A third area of focus will be the creation of warm leads, ultimately passing them off to RBDMs to complete the sales cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: addressing queries, managing complaints, or providing information on products and services.
  • Champion of the CRM: train others, ensure optimized use, audit system for clean-up and updating.
