Perform planned services on MULTIVAC Australia supported equipment installed on customer sites; Travel to customer sites as required to diagnose and rectify technical issues causing breakdowns; Investigate and proactively work to correct problems where machines are not performing at required levels; Perform machine services and rebuilds in MULTIVAC workshop as required; Provide technical phone support to customers where onsite attendance is not able to be provided; Liaise with management on service-related matters within Australia; Attend machine -specific training courses as directed; Comply with local safety guidelines and ensure risks are identified and controlled whilst working on customer sites and MULTIVAC offices.
