MultiSkill Operator

Join our dynamic team at Cadbury Confectionary Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Multi Skilled Operator. In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient production of our beloved confectionery products.

What you'll be doing

• Able to maintain and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Able to operate at line’s machines ( Depositors, Temprers, Packaging machines….etc)
• Able to perform planned maintenance and lubrication to machines.
• Replace operator in other area or line whenever required
• Attend mandatory trainings (GMP, HALAL, Safety, HACCP) and other training required for the role
• Involve in implementation and development of continuous improvement program
• Update daily checklist & generate report together with Shift Leader and act as Shift Leader during the absence of Shift Leader ...
