Multi-Trade Operative – Islington, London
£24.00 per hour
8 hours per day

The Role
- Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
- Mainly plumbing and carpentry works
- General multi‑trade repairs including patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance
- Working in tenants’ homes and providing good customer service
- Completing jobs to a good standard and within target times
- Using PDA/job systems to update and close down works
- Keeping your van stock organised and reporting materials needed
- Working safely and keeping work areas tidy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong plumbing and carpentry experience
- Previous social housing or property maintenance experience preferred
- Able to work on your own and manage your workload
