Multi Trader – Voids
Location: Crawley
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out void refurbishments, helping turn empty properties into safe, high-quality homes.
Key Duties
- Strip-out kitchens, bathrooms and flooring
- General repairs: brickwork, plastering and flooring
- Carpentry: doors, kitchens, skirting and frames
- Basic plumbing: taps, sanitaryware and pipework
- Decorating, tiling and finishing works
What You'll Need
- Strong multi-trade skills across maintenance and refurbishment
- Ability to work independently and meet turnaround targets
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Health and safety awareness
Desirable
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Social housing or voids experience
