About the Role
The Assistant Superintendent supports the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating and supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring work meets quality standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include overseeing site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, daily reporting, punch list management, and maintaining project documentation. The role works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to resolve project challenges, track progress, support schedule adherence, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily housing, with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
