Multi-Site Building Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator

Trades Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Building Maintenance Officer for a leading student accommodation provider across Birmingham and Coventry. This permanent full-time position offers a salary between £38k–£45k and excellent benefits including extended family leave and a pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, trade background and experience in operations support or facilities management. Strong organisational skills are necessary, along with the knowledge of health & safety regulations. The role includes coordination of building services and occasional work from home.
