**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing day‑to‑day operations of the day‑shift Metallics Machine Shop, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality performance while supporting internal customers and production goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise day‑shift (5:30 am–4:00 pm) operations, assign work, and monitor hourly personnel performance.
+ Act as liaison between internal customers, MRP, and support organizations to resolve issues quickly.
+ Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance for metallic fabrication activities.
