Responsibilities and Tasks Perform Thermal Shadow Moiré Measurements
- Verify product and sample integrity prior to testing.
- Prepare samples for warpage measurement according to test requirements.
- Execute thermal cycling, reflow simulation, and warpage characterization tests.
- Monitor test progress and respond to tool alarms or abnormal conditions.
- Ensure measurement data is successfully captured and stored.
- Conduct regular in-process audits and inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
