Moulding Coordinator

Overview

This position has control of the operation in the shopfloor, ensuring the management of information and reports in the Moulding area, and making the appropriate decisions to ensure the correct operation in the area in regards to safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

This position coordinates the resources in the production area, acts as informal leaders of the operators ensuring their development and also guiding them, and suggests and performs Continuous Improvement changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation in the shopfloor for the Moulding area, including information and reports to support safety, quality, delivery, cost and people outcomes.
• Coordinate resources in the production area and act as informal leader to operators, supporting their development and guiding them.
• Suggest and implement Continuous Improvement changes.
