Motorpool Supervisor

Qualifications

• At least a graduate of any four-year or five-year course, or possess a relevant vocational certification.

Minimum of five (3) years of experience in motorpool operations, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.

• Proven ability to manage and direct the work of skilled mechanics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to be assigned in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City
