You will directly report to the Vice President, Asset Management, focusing on managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You’ll coordinate a skilled team and address project challenges proactively, aligning outcomes with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop capital project strategies for efficiency • Analyze and design project plans per tenant needs • Prepare detailed budget estimates and reports • Negotiate contractual agreements with stakeholders • Guide project teams through completion phases
Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design • Demonstrated skills in project management • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
