**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute online game monetization strategies, working across teams to enhance efficiency, boost revenue, and provide comprehensive monetization reporting;
- Assist in the optimization of ad networks and partnerships to maximize revenue;
- Generate insightful reports to identify and predict trends, providing essential data-driven input into business cases that directly impact key product metrics;
- Monitor the development and updates of internal performance reports to support business process improvement initiatives;
- Review and ensure the quality of advertisements;
