Modern work l2 engineer

You will be part of an IT Support Team that serves customers based in South Africa. You will be a handling tasks, implementations, and projects. Requirements: Minimum of 5 Years' Experience Providing IT Support and Project deployments Matric certificate (Grade 12) at Higher or Standard grade ITIL Foundation Certification MS-900, MS-700, MD-102, SC-900, and AZ-900 Certifications Beneficial: AZ-104 with AZ-800+AZ801, AZ-700 Certifications Managed Service Provider Experience in a technical support role Any additional current and valid certifications in M365 and Microsoft Azure Have strong client-facing IT implementations and support experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Cloud Services. Have strong experience of Microsoft Modern Workplace implementations and support including Intune, Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, Defender and Purview.
