The role
We are seeking a Modelling and Analysis Engineer to join our control support team to provide guidance and support to the 24/7 real-time Transmission control room, support the Transmission outage planning team, and help ensure and maintain system readiness and resilience. You will help ensure safe operation of the northern Scotland network and support the control room with modelling and analysis of strategic projects and new connections, including HVDC systems, FACTS devices, and offshore windfarms.
