Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the MDS assessment completion
• Ensure accurate and timely data submission
• Collaborate for effective resident care planning
• Keep resident information precise and up to date
• Monitor and respond to resident status changes
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant MDS experience
• Degree in nursing from an accredited college
• Active RN license in the state
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Familiarity with Medicare law and guidelines
