Millwright

As the appointed Millwright with cementation experience, you will focus on the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy stationary machinery, specifically in mining, shaft sinking, and production plants. You will perform both underground and surface maintenance, specialising in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, high-speed conveyors, and heavy-duty drilling equipment in harsh, high-pressure environments.



Key Responsibilities & Duties

Installation & Setup: Assembling, aligning, and installing industrial machinery such as conveyors, feed bins, crushers, and bucket elevators, often on-site at cementation or aggregate facilities.

Preventative Maintenance (PM): Executing daily, weekly, and monthly PM tasks to minimise downtime, including lubrication, tensioning belts/chains, and conducting vibration/temperature checks.

Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing, overhauling, and repairing broken components (bearings, seals, gearboxes, motors, pumps).
