Troubleshoot equipment problems
Daily check for any Safety issues and countermeasure
Complete assigned Safety work orders within 5 days of receipt
Responsible for equipment associated to Facilities and other areas as directed
Accurately fill out daily reports
Inspect your areas for problems and equipment items
Evaluating problems, provide and implement countermeasures
Completion of Work orders and Preventative Maintenance tasks
Implement improvements and countermeasures
HVAC, plumbing, pump, weld/cooling water system, air compressor/air dryer, exhaust fan and general building maintenance Licensed Millwright
Microsoft Office experience an asset.
