About the Role
Join our team as an Industrial Mechanic in Elk Valley, B.C. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing stationary equipment on a flexible 4x4 schedule.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and servicing our plant's stationary equipment. Your expertise as a certified Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic will help ensure the reliability and availability of our operations. This position requires comfortable commuting or relocating to Sparwood, B.C., with a focus on adhering to health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs
• Inspect and repair mechanical and hydraulic components
• Maintain pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Collaborate with other trades for equipment reliability
