About the Role
**Position Description & Qualifications**
Serco is seeking an experienced Military Trainer – Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Instructor / Controller (I/C) to support Combatant Command joint and combined exercises under the Joint Staff J-7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises (DDJTE), Collective Joint Training (CJT) program in Suffolk, Virginia. This position supports the planning, development, and execution of computer-assisted joint exercises designed to enhance Joint Force operational readiness.
**An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.**
In this role, you will:
+ Support the conceptualization, development, replication, and execution of friendly and Opposing Force (OPFOR) ground, air, and maritime capabilities through credible modeling and simulation integration during joint exercises.
