Military Trainer - Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Planner - Suffolk, VA

**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking an experienced Military Trainer – Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Planner to support Combatant Command joint exercises. You will join a dynamic team supporting the Joint Staff J-7 Deputy Directorate for Training and Exercises, in Suffolk, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside other professionals committed to enhancing military operational readiness through Collective Joint Training (CJT).

**An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.**

In this role, you will:

+ Translate higher-level scenario design and Operational Environment (OE) inputs into detailed, executable MSEL injects.
