Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution across multiple shifts
- Ensure operational continuity during day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Monitor operational performance to meet OTIF, SLA, productivity, and cost targets
- Investigate operational issues using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Apply engineering and process improvement principles to optimize workflows, layout, and resource utilization
- Support equipment and material handling systems (e.g. conveyors, MHE) in coordination with engineering or maintenance teams
- Coordinate manpower planning, shift scheduling, and on-site operations staff
