About the Role
Key Responsibilities Production Management:
Oversee night shift operations, ensuring daily production targets and schedules are met. Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, motivate, and manage performance for production operators. Safety & Quality:
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a 5S/6S compliant work environment. Troubleshooting:
Resolve production bottlenecks, equipment failures, and technical issues during the shift. Reporting & Handover:

Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field. Experience:
Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, often in MNCs or high-tech sectors. Skills:
