- Proven ownership of a client’s service delivery, including proactive follow-up, issue management (root cause analysis), and escalation handling.
- Hands‑on experience with core servicing activities (e.g., client escalation, work volume oversight, process improvement).
- Experience partnering with internal teams (operations, quality control) to resolve issues end‑to‑end.
