We’re Hiring: Mid‑Level Business Analyst (eCommerce / Digital)

We’re looking for a mid ‑level Business Analyst to join our growing digital/eCommerce team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, care deeply about UX/UI and user journeys and want to take real ownership of delivery and outcomes, this could be for you.

What you'll do:

• Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX, UI and end‑to ‑end customer journeys
• Manage and de‑escalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Support the day ‑to ‑day running of the team, ensuring high‑quality delivery outputs
• Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you
• Help grow and manage the product through strong process, prioritisation and collaboration
• Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business
