Mid-Level Supervisor | $32–$40/hr | Northern California | Full-Time CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency serving children with developmental differences across Northern California. The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice. What the role involves

+ Caregiver training and behavioral skills training

+ Treatment planning, modifications, and skills assessments

+ Preference assessments and behavior analytic report writing

+ Supervising a caseload of BTs and RBTs
