We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain to join our QA team. The role involves validating CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end booking journeys across web, mobile, and API layers while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
• Validate airline booking workflows including reservations, ticketing, check-in, loyalty, and customer service modules.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third-party APIs.
