What you will be doing:

• Design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with organizational goals, developing architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
• Lead the migration and deployment of M365 services, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Configure, optimize, and manage core M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and the Power Platform.
• Manage tenant configurations, security policies, and conditional access via Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Serve as the primary technical M365 SME, guiding project teams, stakeholders, and IT staff.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure M365 solutions meet stringent security, compliance, and governance requirements, and enforce related policies.
