ResponsibilitiesLead the team handling PCBA failures and technical issues.Investigate root causes of PCBA defects and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to prevent recurring issues.Support new product introduction and ensure PCBA reliability.Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedures, and team training.Track and report failure trends and improvement metrics.Organize and supervise product maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts.Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI).
