Perform metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS. Handle sample preparation, processing, and LC-MS/MS instrument operations. Develop and optimize LC-MS/MS methods using Q-Trap detector. Interpret LC-MS/MS data to propose metabolite structures and product ions. Conduct impurity profiling and structural elucidation when required. Record raw data, perform data acquisition, compilation, analysis, and interpretation. Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS analysis and method development. Knowledge of metabolite identification and structure determination. Understanding of livestock metabolism, Plant metabolism E-fate studies.
