Meta Ads/Andromeda Expert (B2C E-commerce)

We’re hiring a world-class Meta Ads operator. Do not apply if you're not seriously good at running meta ads and can prove it with brands you scaled.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Personally scaled at least one US B2C ecommerce brand from $0 to $100k+/month Meta ad spend
• Deep experience with Meta Andromeda, Advantage+, broad targeting, and creative-led scaling
• Strong understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, attribution, and ecommerce economics
• Can identify winning creatives and scale aggressively

What you’ll do:

• Own growth for managed ecommerce clients
• Scale spend while maintaining profitability
• Build testing frameworks
• Work directly with creative teams to produce winning ads
• Find bottlenecks and solve them fast
