About the Role
About Bold Investment: We are an investment company based in Tokyo, Japan whose core business is to make acquisitions globally to expand our group. For Pakistan, we are seeking investment opportunities in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Scope of the Role: We are looking for a skilled, motivated and experienced individual within the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) sector to work with us in creating successful opportunities and completing deals.
Requirements We would like to find someone who has experience in and is Sourcing and negotiating and able to close buy side M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) deals (minimum 5 years) A Pakistani citizen based in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad (Local candidate) Benefits Workplace will be in our Karachi office (if not from home) Starting position as an independent contractor for a 6 to 12 months period Monday to Friday with daily working hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (prescribed working hours: 8 hours, break: 1 hour) Holidays: National/Public/bank/etc. holi...
