Merchant Success Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Merchant Success Executive to join KPay’s Merchant Success team in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with merchants after they are onboarded onto KPay. You will be responsible for driving merchant activation, encouraging first transaction usage, increasing product adoption, and supporting merchant retention.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys account management, merchant engagement, sales follow-up, and helping SMEs get more value from fintech products.

You will:

• Support KPay Singapore’s account management function.
• Proactively engage newly onboarded, existing, low-usage, and dormant merchants.
• Follow up with merchants to increase transaction volume and GPV contribution.
• Reactivate inactive or dormant merchants through structured outreach.
