About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Relationship Management team. This role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with prospective and high-value merchants. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring merchants and partners receive excellent support while actively identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing high‑value merchants.
  • Drive business development through merchant acquisition, cross‑selling, and upselling of the Company’s products and services.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of all Company products and services, demonstrate value‑add strategy and plan to merchants to ensure maximizing sales profit for the Company.
