Execute end-to-end merchant onboarding across all relevant business systems. Process merchant information updates and decommissioning requests in accordance with internal protocols. Ensure all merchant data is accurately captured and maintained. Provide email-based support to address merchant onboarding queries within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
