Merchandising & Store Operations Lead

Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our team and work with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic group of associates and create positive experiences for communities we serve. The role focuses on merchandising and processing freight, with duties spanning opening/closing, asset protection, and maintaining store standards.

You will assist with stock flow, freight management, and monthly sales planning while ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.
