About the Role
Stock Management and Product Handling
- Initiate monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory count with retail partners and warehouses
- Oversee in inbounding of stocks ensuring correct inventory vs. packing list
- Oversee retailer deliveries and assist in deliveries
- Monitor and resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and product quality
Retailer Management
- Prepare transfer orders for any approved stock movement vis a vis available warehouse inventory
- Ensure and closely monitor stock level in retailer stores and their corresponding digital platforms. Initiate repeat orders, stock replenishment, mark downs, movement of stocks
- Recommend items for pull-out, for clearance sale, and the like
- Coordinate the execution of merchandising plans across multiple product categories and stores/retailers
