About the Role

Overview

The eCommerce team is responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer, using data and customer insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Seasonal and Ad-hoc product data set-up, UAT + Maintenance.
  • Manage Related Product setup and Group-to-Category setup.
  • Update SKU attributes, fabric description and category thumbnail post seasonal builds.
  • Perform daily and weekly site maintenance activities including removing out of stock items, relaunching back in stock items, removing no-go-forward SKUs, maintaining rollover SKUs.
  • In charge of the promo process (including upload of pricing files, Alert & PIP Thumbnail messaging, etc.).
  • Update SEO copy when required.
  • Resolve/fix PIP (Product Information Page) issues raised by merchants and stores.
