Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Monitor electrical panels, lighting, generators, UPS, and utility systems, and promptly attend to equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain water supply, drainage, sanitary, and firefighting systems to ensure safe and efficient functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintain maintenance logs, ensure compliance with safety and SOP requirements, and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and vendors as needed.
