About the Role
Responsibilities
- To carry out site works according to micro scheduling.
- To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination.
- To conduct internal quality pre-inspection check with subcon.
- Inventory check on daily basis.
- Planning and manage site storage.
- To manage and liaise with workers.
- Control and minimize wastages.
- Receiving materials from suppliers.
- To keep site records (daily journal, concrete cubes, DO, etc. whichever applicable).
- To carry out any other works as instructed.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
- Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
